This role requires a professional with strong leadership, operational management, and client coordination experience in the security or facility management industry.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Manage security operations across multiple client locations
• Supervise and guide security supervisors and guards
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
• Coordinate with clients for service delivery and reporting
• Handle staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Minimum 5 years experience in security management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and client handling ability
• Experience in facility management or corporate security operations preferred
