As RWA committee members, we faced major challenges during the builder handover: no records, zero funds, poor maintenance, and operational chaos. In 2017, we left our corporate careers to build a facility management company from the ground up. Today, we are South India’s leading tech-driven, integrated facility management provider, managing 150+ communities across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad, with a $9 million turnover.
