Refund Process
Once we receive the claim, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after checking the response provided.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 5-7 business/ working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We do not cater to placement agencies and consultancies. Any payments made by Placement Agencies/ Consultancies will not be refunded under any circumstances.
How to request for a refund?
Now, you can directly raise a support ticket for a refund on the dashboard. Click the Contact us button, explain your issue. Our support team will reach out to you within 24 hours to resolve the issue.

After you've submitted your refund request, you will also be sent an email confirming that your request has been processed.
Refund Eligibility Details
You are eligible for a refund if:
1. Plan Duration Criteria:
You are eligible for a refund if you apply for a refund within 30 days of the subscription purchase.
2. Usage Criteria:

You have at least one active job post for 3 days post your purchase & connected with 3 clients & connected with 3 Staff Hirings.

You have consumed less than 25% of DB, Calls, and Responses

Validity: 30 Days
DB: 749
Eligible based on Plan Duration Criteria and Usage Criteria < 25%.
Your profile is verified and adheres to the Mysecuritybazaar.com policies.
NOTE: You are eligible for a refund only if you meet all the above-mentioned criteria.
