About the Role
We’re Hiring: Area Officer / Operations Manager 🚨
📍 Location: Ahmedabad (Sanand / Chhatral)
💼 Industry: Security & Manpower Services
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
🔎 Key Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years experience in Security Operations / Manpower Handling
Strong manpower sourcing network (guards & field staff)
Ability to handle multiple sites & client coordination
Good knowledge of deployment, attendance & compliance
Leadership skills with team handling capability
Immediate joiners preferred
📌 Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations across assigned sites
Ensure proper manpower deployment & discipline
Client handling & issue resolution
Field visits & reporting
Maintain workforce availability at all times
