Weβre Hiring: Area Officer / Operations Manager π¨
π Location: Ahmedabad (Sanand / Chhatral)
πΌ Industry: Security & Manpower Services
π° Salary: βΉ30,000 β βΉ35,000 per month
π Key Requirements:
Minimum 3β5 years experience in Security Operations / Manpower Handling
Strong manpower sourcing network (guards & field staff)
Ability to handle multiple sites & client coordination
Good knowledge of deployment, attendance & compliance
Leadership skills with team handling capability
Immediate joiners preferred
π Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations across assigned sites
Ensure proper manpower deployment & discipline
Client handling & issue resolution
Field visits & reporting
Maintain workforce availability at all times
