Lizza Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced General Manager β Security Operations to lead and manage our security services division.
This role requires a professional with strong leadership, operational management, and client coordination experience in the security or facility management industry.

π Experience Required: 5+ years in Security / Facility Management
π° Salary: 7β10 LPA (Based on interview)

β’ Manage security operations across multiple client locations
β’ Supervise and guide security supervisors and guards
β’ Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
β’ Coordinate with clients for service delivery and reporting
β’ Handle staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring

β’ Minimum 5 years experience in security management
